It gives me pleasure to offer you the position of MTS 3 reporting to Andrey Pikalev.
The position is full-time, forty hours per week, nominal work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, including one hour for lunch. Your start date is to be determined as soon as possible.
Your monthly base salary will be X'XXX.XX USD gross.
As a new hire you will receive XXXX Phantom Stock Options under the terms of Sun's Phantom Stock Option Plan for Russian Employees.
You and your immediate family members will be enrolled in the Sun medical and dental coverage plan for Russian Employees of Sun Microsystems as of your first employment day. Further details will be provided in your employment contract.
